We’re seeking a dynamic Customer Success Manager to join our team and drive exceptional client experiences.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Success Manager at Brinta, you’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term success with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong, strategic relationships with key clients
- Collaborate across internal teams (tax, product, tech, sales) to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements
- Understand clients’ business goals and align our solutions to meet their objectives
- Create and implement tailored success plans with clear milestones and KPIs
- Provide insightful customer feedback to enhance our products and services
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Customer Success, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships
- Experience working in the tax field is a plus
- Fluency in English; Portuguese is a plus
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis
