Head of Operations

We seek an experienced Head of Operations to join our team. This full-time position is remote from LATAM, you'll be at the forefront of empowering our team, enhancing our systems, solving problems, and forging key stakeholder relationships. Your leadership will directly drive our strategic objectives, fostering excellence across our operations, which is critical to establishing as the leader in our sector. Reporting directly to the COO, you will maintain active communication, ensuring alignment and excellence in all we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all of our Operations efforts
• Identify areas for improvement in our Operations and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Participate in business development meetings as the company's operations leader.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting or operations management. Ideally, in companies such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte
• Experience working with remote teams.
• Startup mindset - demonstrated ability to thrive in agile, fast-paced environments where multitasking and problem-solving are key.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for improving performance and efficiency.
• Strong experience working with Excel.
