This is a full-time role for an Operations Specialist at Brinta.

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This position will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our day-to-day operations. You will be directly involved in problem-solving, implementing improvements, and supporting cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-changing startup environment.

As an Operations Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our business—helping us maintain efficiency, navigate constant changes, and overcome challenges as we continue scaling.

Reporting directly to the Head of Operations and working closely the leadership team, you will maintain active communication, ensuring alignment and excellence in all we do.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas for improvement in our Operations and collaborate with different stakeholders.
• Support and execute day-to-day operational processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve problems quickly and effectively.
• Monitor and define key operational metrics.
• Assist with business development and client-facing activities
• Adapt to new challenges, priorities, and processes as the company scales and the environment evolves.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in operations, consulting, or project management.
• Experience working with remote teams.
