Senior AI Engineer

We seek an experienced AI Engineer to join our team. This full-time position offers remote from LATAM, you will guide the development of a multiagent platform that orchestrates BRINTA’s tax calculation engine, invoicing features, and filing data systems. You’ll design how agents interact, share knowledge, and coordinate tasks, ensuring the platform accurately processes complex tax regulations, streamlines invoicing workflows, and reliably manages filing data under varying conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with a small team of highly skilled engineers, product managers and UX designers.
• Analyze requirements and design data solutions for new features required in our products.
• Implement reliable, secure, and scalable software solutions for our clients and user base.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• 5+ years of experience working with Python applications.
• Passion for solving complex structured and unstructured data problems with simple and elegant solutions.
• Experience working on NLP solutions using Python libraries such as pandas, sklearn, spaCy, pytorch and LLMs such as OpenAI, Llama, etc.
• Experience working with RAGs and agents.
• Experience developing in Docker environments and using git as a versioning tool. Strong command of SQL.

Nice to Have

• Data Engineering: Familiarity with data processing workflows and tools.
• DevOps for Data and AI Platforms: Experience with Terraform and DevOps methodologies for scaling data and AI platforms.
